My wife took her car to this place..never again..shocking service £35..Full valet..joke alloys not cleaned at all.no jet wash....rip off merchants...complained ..guess what bring it in for a free wash...no ...want money back..Avoid like the plague..to get it listed live. Social.had to tick one star..would've gave em no star. !!!!

Paid over £100 for their best package but it was below average job. Was told that their paint treatment would last 6 months, more like 3 days. I think this place is a con and people should beware. Car wash in Gravesend Asda had much better service

I was disappointed with my recent experience at the car wash. Despite paying for the platinum service at a cost of £40, my car was not properly cleaned. The dashboard and door trims were still wet, and when I kindly mentioned this to the staff, they proceeded to shout and moan at me. Despite my request, the car was not dried properly, and upon further inspection, I discovered that the wheel arches were covered in thick mud. I had used this car wash before and paid for the gold service at £25, and the wheel arches were spotless. I expected the same level of service or better for the additional £15. The staff continued to shout at me and were not willing to listen or make any effort to properly clean my car when i asked nicely. After they continued to treat me with disrespect, I decided to leave and will not be returning to this car wash. I know one person not going to the car wash is nothing to them, but I don't want anyone else wasting their money and being treated unfairly. I do not recommend this service. They used to be great, but have recently gone downhill.

DO NOT USE!! They were so rude and never let me finish asking of what I wanted! I was screamed at to move my car and pay through the nose to have my car cleaned! I had my babybwith me and he became highly distressed because of the shouting.

Awful service and a total rip off - DO NOT USE!! A £100 full detail and upon further inspection when I got home I was disgusted with how poor it was. Wheel arches not even touched, rubber mats not cleaned properly, boot liner and carpet not cleaned, door sills not cleaned, backs of seats not cleaned, carpet still dirty hidden under mats and wheels are still filthy. The leather treatment was just loaded on in patches and took me ages to wipe out as was soaking wet. A £25 wash at asda is far better. I feel totally ripped off and won't be going anywhere near this place again.

WARNING. Before you take your vehicle to this car wash. Please read this review first. On the 21st July my wife and I went to bluewater at Dartford Kent. Whilst there we decided to get our car washed at the car wash facility next to John Lewis under cover car park. We wished, like others we both read the reviews before we aloud them to touch our car. We agreed with the male attendant that we would like the gold service which was £24.99. On Returning back to our car later than expected, we paid the male attendant £30, this included a tip and got in the car and drove home. The next morning my wife noticed that there was something wrong with the chrome work around the car. On closer inspection, we both noticed that all the chrome add been discolored and was now black.My wife then took the car straight back to the attendant at bluewater, and when she told him about the damage. He laughed at her, saying that the car was clean, and rubbing a cloth over it. My wife then that she was going to contact his manager regarding the damage, and all the attendant did was laugh, saying no problem, they will do nothing,and laughed again. My wife then rang the number on the ticket, and was told thank you for calling and reporting the problem. the man who called himself BOB, asked for my wife for her email address so he could send his email, which would allow us to complain and send photos of the damage. After 2 hours, still not receiving any emails from him. My wife decided to call back to confirm that he had received her email address ok, only to find that her number had been blocked. I then tried to call them on my mobile, but all I got was an answer service, saying all operators are busy please try later. We have continued to try and contact them, but with no luck.Just to confirm the car in question is a 2020. Sportage GT Line Sports. Top of the range car which has a 70 registration plate. these so called professionals that you would think would respect your car. HAS DESTROYED OURS. There is no way we can get to them, to get any information regarding there public liability insurances. THAT'S OF COARSE THEY HAVE ANY. So we can pass there details over to our insurance company for them to act on our behalf to rectify the damage. PLEASE.PLEASE.Pass this on to anyone you know thinks of getting there car cleaned there. Being bluewater and John Lewis, you might think that your car would be safe. But NO its run by a scumbag company, that won't even allow you to contact them to sort it out. Bluewater have been fully informed and photos sent of the damage to our car, and have replied, saying that they are taking this matter very seriously, and taking the matter further. We have now found the 3 directors. All you need to do is go on companies house website.

Wish I’d read the reviews before trusting my car with this company that doesn’t seem to check its work at all. We paid nearly £100 for their best treatment on our small car and arrived to find, in no particular order: visibly dirty alloy wheels, that could be wiped cleaner with a finger (!); dirty tailgate surround, incomplete treatment of interior plastics, incomplete treatment of exterior plastics, cleaning product that hadn’t been wiped off on the interior rubber mats (these entirely blackened cloths we used to remove the excess), dirty boot because they were too lazy to remove the liner, and a lack of attention to detail in numerous places. Whilst they may have had autoglym training it is clearly not being put into practise. They were also late despite claiming two hours yet the car was unfinished when we returned three hours later, by which point they clearly wanted us gone without doing a decent job. In addition they couldn’t take contactless payment despite advertising this capability. Definitely not returning.

Complete ripoff. Disinterested staff, did a half arsed job, car is still dirty around the boot, they clearly didn't bother cleaning it all. Missed bits of the windows as well.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Avoid at all costs.
