Wouldn't go again, not reliable, didnt clean properly had to ask to clean a few pieces again. Lost my new face mask during cleaning, however left secure in the glove compartment. I went there once and would not to go again.

I paid for wash and vacuum £25. Really disappointed with this service. Lots of missed areas and just generally a bad job by people who don’t seem to care. My car actually needs another wash. Instead of going back to complain I will simply not go there again.

Not as good as it used to be (before COVID). Rude staff and a car that wasn’t as clean as it should have been afterwards. I’ve been using this place since it opened, but I will find somewhere else to get my car cleaned from now on.

Normal charge is £18 but charged me £25. why? because my car was dirty. Why will i wash my car if my car was clean? Very rude owner and very bad customer service.

Really disappointed with the car wash, paid £30 (£5 extra as the car was so dirty) I emptied it completely to make it easier to clean but they still didn't even bother to lift the seats up and hoover at all (I put all the seats down initially to make it easier for them to hoover the boot.) For this kind of money I expect more, won't be using ever again.

I was told by the rude “ manager “ to NOT come back to his place and wash my car again after when I asked (nicely way) to correct “ dirts/ smears outside and inside my car. My car wasn’t clean properly and I was not happy with the service, this is why I thought it’s good to mention my opinion to the car wash manager. I didn’t expect his rude, unprofessional reaction. He didn’t apologise only shouted at me and said to not come again…. I am still shocked !!!

So decide to go here and wash my car. Never again. They demage my parking sensor. I asked what now and the owner just lokked at me. No sorry nothing. Highly recommended to dont use them at all. Also 25 quid and mu car still got spots on wheels. Rubbish carwash.

I know the carwash very well. Its not the same. Literally the quickest 20pound you lose. Dont clean the car. Literally will not move the stuff out of the cubby holes to hoover and clean. That was a mini valet. If you say anything it becomes uncomfortable. Both carwashes are now owned by the same person and he has eliminated the competition, so im other words they can do what they want and your not spoilt for choice. Dont pay any extra for a better job, the hob will be a cap job whatever and you will be expected to be greatful
