Waves Hand Car Wash Crewe

This was a while back now, but thought I'd leave the review since it's on my mind. I had a 14 plate Ford Fiesta which was classed as a small car and would be charged £6 usually. The last time I used this service the man asked for £9 I think it was because it wasn't a "small car", you literally couldn't get any smaller! Needless to say I haven't been here again since being overcharged. Very disingenuous.

This is what it looks after the wash with 40 pound. Never go to this place. Very bad experience.

Extremely disappointing service with that high price. There are lot more places where far better cleaning could be done with less price. They don’t clean the corners properly and they don’t give attention to detail. Frustrating service.

Do not use this car wash, complete rip off, they wanted to charge me £12 for cleaning a mini when I argued the price he told me that prices start from £8 for a small car, I pointed out that a mini is small, however he argued my car was dirty. Its too late when you come to pay , they are cheats, don't give them a chance to rip you off

40£ for a medium sized car inner and outer and trunk not completely vacuumed. Didn’t see it as it was in the dark. Check work before you pay.

Paid for a £30 Gold Star valet.
Not worth it at all.
They only did the boot when complained.
Very poor quality all over.
The car was basically clean before and still they missed cleaning gaps in the facia. Left dust on several areas. Didn’t vacuum thoroughly. Didn’t clean the seam edges outside around driver and passenger door. Didn’t finish off the wheels.
I won’t be going back.

The manager of this car wash was rude and aggressive when I questioned the scratches that appeared on my car. He was on the phone the whole time and He out right stated that it’s not their fault and could not have been he then passed the phone to his staff and started to try and intimidate me. This never worked as he is about 2 stone wet through. As soon as I fired back at him he was back in his box. (He had bully tactics)

He still demanded payment and took no responsibility on the issue. All he kept saying was to call the company but when asked for the number he said just google it.

The car clean is not even of a good standard either.

Overall a very poor service and even worse manager.

The car was frankly filthy after being used for commuting but it GLEAMED when I collected it.

The interiors of the doors and the entire dashboard were also spotless.
I will certainly be back. Recommended.
