Very unprofessional, 3 people smoking while cleaning the car, 1 cleaning the door, 1 vacuuming the boot and the other polishing the out, also dropping cigarette ash on the car. I had to ask to the pedals to be cleaned, they weren't even touched. Notice when I got home that hear stick hadn't been cleaned either. Very poor service. I will not be using again!

Thought I’d try this place biggest mistake I’ve made, weather was nice so thought I’d treat my baby to a nice wash. Long story short car still needs a wash bonnet and roof are still dirty a lot of soap streaks on the rest of the car and they didn’t clean the alloys just put water on them what an absolute joke of a place. On top of all that the guys spray bottle is hitting my car ( but I was distracted by his big ring and bracelet thinking why would he wear that to clean/dry a car) and when I tell him he needs to watch his bottle he told me it’s fine because it’s plastic. When I came home and fully inspected the car……..you guessed it right there’s NEW scratches.

Van came out cleaner than it went in but the staff look especially miserable. I tried smiling a few times at the lady that wiped my doors but she just looked dead in the eyes. Very uncomfortable just staring at me. Man at the end flug open my door and barked 15!!! Won't be using again

Used a cloth to dry my car and clearly had something in it because I have mini circular scratches on the panels and bonnet. They never do a good job anymore they miss lots of stuff. One jumped in my car with a cigarette on! Not acceptable, won't be going again.

Great car wash the attitude of the employees could be better as you often hear them complaining when more cars drive in to the car wash it’s still one of the better car washes in derby but they often leave dirt and water spots on your car you will need to go over it with a cloth when it’s been “cleaned”

They do a very good job at washing your car. Lots of helping hands too to get the wash done and get away quickly
