AMS CAR WASH

Usually get my car cleaned here. Disappointed today and don’t know why i waste my money giving a tip. Always get the number three. Windows weren’t cleaned inside, the back seat was still covered in mud under a car seat. It was early in the morning and business was dead?

Claimed they had done in and out and wanted £20 don't think so

Was quoted £25, when I returned after the clean they changed the price to £35 (which I refused to pay- I paid the price quoted but the man was disgusted with me). The next morning I got in my car and it absolutely stunk of stagnant water. I opened the windows for hours and used fabric spray but still cannot get rid of the smell. Zero stars from me and will never return.

Last time I went I asked for a deep cleaning in and out as I dropped coffee inside the car, which they said will cost me £40.
When I came back my car was literally looking the same, the chairs had coffee still and I asked one of them and he said I didn’t asked for a full valeting and that’s why.
How’s that make any sense, as wherever you go for a car wash they will always clean the inside of the car. I paid £40 for literally nothing even though I clearly specified that I need a deep cleaning inside and they recommended me to take number 3 I think it was, I cannot remember but I do remember how much I paid. they basically robbed me.I won’t use them anymore ever

Had my car washed here. It was absolutely appalling
It was still dirty when I got back
The inside was still dirty and hadn't been touched in places
There were patches on the outside that hadn't been touched
There is no way I would use this company again or recommend anybody else to use it
The worst car wash I've ever used

Have used them a lot over the years and never had any issues and were always good. But the last year the quality has down hill a lot. The last 2 times I have had my car cleaned. There has been dirt left on the body and dried dirty water all over the car. Not going to use them again

Fantastic job every time I bring my car in

Wasn't busy when I pulled up, took them 45 minutes to wash and clean inside and out. My car was sat to the side with the engine running when I returned to my car 30minutes later, I'd asked if they had done inside and out. They had only washed the outside. They finally did the inside and tyres. Price has gone up since the last time I got it done... £19 for my little Hyundai i10 for just inside and out, certainly not worth it at all!! Will find somewhere different next time.
