IMO Car Wash

Probably the best car wash I have ever used. Always worried about these roller type washes scratching the car. Not a problem here. Not cheap, but does an excellent job, even applying a waxed finish.

Excellent facility located in the grounds of tesco. Good value for money and quick too. Ideal if you need to get your car washed but don't have much time. It only took just under 10 minutes for a 'triple wash' and only cost £6. I will be using this service again

Fantastic- car cleaned ,shiny. Interior cleaned and polished ,wheels and tires,cleaned. For 20 pounds . It's a steal !!

I checked car when came back home, find out they left scratches on my car. They cheating pushing 2 cars in 1 cycle. No recommend

Not been for a while due a previous bad experience, but thought I would try them again as I needed a quick car wash.

Drive up and two guys working on a car on the valet area, but none at the car wash entrance. One acknowledged me, then walked away with mobile in his hand, never to be seen again. After a couple of minutes, I started to reverse out of the wash, this seemed to prompt the second guy to come over to take my cash and do the pre wash.

In the car wash, the immediate lower LH roller was stationary. At the end of the car wash, the drier system was also inoperative.

When I got home to dry my car i noticed the bonnet next to the washer nozzle was dirty. Clearly the pre wash and wash system failed to clean the bonnet properly. The rest was ok.

Not a great experience. Think I’ll keep to proper hand washes in future.

Hawker and his team where very friendly and efficient did a great job of my car highly recommended

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Rude staff. Car wash was empty (no surprise.) People who worked there saw me waiting and ignored me. Then I got shouted at for not going through even though I hadn’t payed at that point, didn’t clean my car properly before I went through the actual car wash. Then when I did go through the car wash he continued to shout at me. When I left, my car at the front was dirtier than when I arrived. Would not use them again.

Absolute joke for a car wash, had to take my car to be cleaned at a hand car wash as the car was left with so many marks and dirt where not cleaned properly. Had the £12 wash, no pre wash or wheel clean all they did was pressure washed briefly, lasted all of 30 seconds. Tried Leyland because of poor service at Chorley which was brilliant until changing hands recently and won't be using either in future. Come on IMO surely customer service counts for something or due you just not care about customer satisfaction !!!.
