Very good service, collected the car did a full valet inside and out. Waxed and polished to a high standard. Very pleased with the results. Made my 15 year old Volvo feel new again.

brought my car here this week for exterior wash and interior valet and they did an amazing job. My car was really dirty before and it looks spanking new and clean. I recommend this car wash to everyone. Great stuff and excellent with cars.

Had a diamond valet. Dropped car off at 830am and was ready for 3pm. Extremely satisfied with the work that was done by Mark. My car was to be frank, an absolute state inside and out (dog hairs being the main culprit) but my car looks and smells brand new. Upon collection mark was friendly and helpful and clearly worked very hard to get my car cleaner than it was when I first bought it. Totally professional and clearly hard working. One very happy customer.

I've been going to pristine for years and the last few times have been very dissatisfied. It used to be the best place in preston to get your car washed but it appears that now it has been taken over its the worst. Kids are using their mobiles whiles washing cars. Only three sides of my car had polish applied, probably because he was on his mobile and forgot. Others were there sat down talking to one another. There doesn't seem to be anyone instilling any discipline or cares. I couldn't believe it when he thought he finished my car and said I could go without even drying it. Its a complete shame that nobody cares enough to train people kids I mean how to wash cars properly. If pristine doesn't pull their socks up they will definitely be going out of business . Before you offer me anything for my dissatisfied visit, I will have to decline your offer as I will not becoming back. I don't trust you will do a good job. I hope I haven't offended you as it was not my intention. I just thought you should know that extra training in how to wash cars and customer service needs to happen before its too late. Let me know if any changes have happened and I will try once more. But it will be only once more. Good luck before its too late

Took my car for a wash this afternoon. There were approximately 5-6 vehicles in front of me and it took about 50 minutes from arriving to leaving. They didn't dry my car or clean the door shuts as was advertised on the board. When I got home I realised they hadn't even cleaned my car properly. Large patches had been completely missed. Plenty more photos of bits that had been missed. Very poor job.

Took my car for washing today. No sign of any staff around. Sat and waited. A lady came eventually and took my payment for a car wash. Sat and waited again. After a few minutes, 3 males appeared from behind the valeting shed and were singing loudly about a ‘wide’. They kept laughing and didn’t pay much attention to detail when they eventually started cleaning my car.

No wheel cleaner was put on. A quick blast of the jet wash on car, didn’t do the roof
Light covering of soapy water was sprayed on car, quickly wiped around car and then rinsed off. I moved my car forwards assuming it was going to be wiped dry, sat and waited.

Eventually a male came to my car and said I could go, but I told him my car hadn’t been dried. His reply that they are short staffed and couldn’t do it. My reply to him was that I’d paid for it to be done, and I wanted it done. He said he would just wipe the windows, and that the female who took my payment from me should have told me this.

The other men were still singing about a ‘wife’ and laughing out loud. Fine. by all means have fun and be happy in your work, but make sure customers are getting what they pay for!!!

When I returned home, the roof of car was still dirty, as was the number plates and lights. The wheels are still dirty.

Not happy with this service at all. I thought after the company had changed management, it’s standards would improve…. how wrong I was!! Won’t be returning or recommending.

Took my car for a platinum plus (£42). Wasn't sure what to expect as it's the first time I've had my car washed and valeted. Returned to pristine looking vehicle, they'd even gone above and beyond what i asked for and wet vacced the seats, i think. Mark gave me a call after 1h15m to say it was ready, he was busy giving it a final check over and touch up when i arrived. Drove away having given Mark a tenner tip as i couldn't have been happier.
