Bagshot Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre

This has to be the worst car wash I’ve ever used in my life. Yeah okay they was quick but the drying process was awful. White spots all over the car and smearing. Will not be going back here. Waste of money

Went for the platinum package, guy pulled a face at me because didn't want to do it. Asked for diamond. Anyway, finished the clean and there was still bird mess on the roof. Only a small a3 so shouldn't have been a problem. Probably because the first guy only used 1 sponge and never dipped again for the whole car.

All in all lazy service and seemed miffed I asked for the most expensive wash. Won't be going back.

Excellent service, even gave me a discount, well supervised when cleaning your car, highly recomended.

Every experience here has been pleasant. They do a really good job at cleaning the cars and don't charge over the odds. Really friendly staff goes a long way for customer service.

I have never left any reviews before, however the service we recieved from this car wash was so awful I felt I had to. Me and my boyfriend both took our cars down there, they charged us £35 for each car so we expected a good service. I wouldn't have even paid £5 for this clean. The wheels had not been cleaned, there was dirt in the front grills of our cars, the centre consoles had not even been touched, the windows were filthy. Not one bit of the car had been cleaned to an acceptable standard.

Myself and my boyfriend did point out the problems to the manager, however he did not seem to bothered to fix it. He did give my car a slight wipe down after we brought the problems to his attention but the car was still so dirty after we had to clean them when we got home. We told him we wouldn't be coming there again because this service is not what we expect that money but he just shrugged. Overpriced and bad service. It was laughable.
