Cassio Hand Car Wash

I've been using this car wash for a few years, sometimes good sometimes bad but today awful. When I finally pointed out a few dirty spots the response was unnecessarily rude. £15 for a car wash isn't cheap, and if the staff prefer to be rude than improve, take your car elsewhere.

Took my little 12 year old hatchback for an outside clean. Advertised at 7 pounds. At the end the guybsaidnits 10 pounds as the car was extra dirty, grabbed the 10 pound note and got aggressive. I asked him why he didn't tell me beforehand, he said nothing.

Shady characters and don't trust.

Will not go there anymore! I used to go there all the time to wash the car, until the last 2-3 times when I was to clean my car the quality of the wash now is very poor, and many places car is still wet or not cleaned properly. And now they have increased the prices which for me price&quality doesn’t match at all. Old price of 12£ now 17£. Gave him 20£ note he even didn’t try to give me change. Avoid!

I go to these guys at least once a month I left my bottle off Georgia Amani perfume on the floor where it feel out my jacket pocket and they stole it I thought they may have put it in the back off my seat but they didn’t went to go back and they was shut won’t be giving them my money again or my friends I recommend that also go there…

Very bad servise as for its price. I have paid 20£ and that's the results... Looks like job done as quick as possible...

I won't say this is the best and all.
It's a cheap car wash, but not bad.
They prefer to be paid by cash, card payment also available.

Car was clean but not 100%.

Got done washing only back at work when it get dry all dirt still there can see alloy’s are clean but body have still dirt on it poor work

I had my car cleaned inside and out - 5 seater Nissan Qashqai. Their banner says £12 for small car and £15 for SUV. I would have expected to pay either £12 or £15.
When finished, the guy asked for £18!
I asked why, he said 'it's a big car'!?!?
They tried to rip me off.
Don't go here - find somewhere else.
