Express Hand Car Wash

Sometimes fantastic other times its poor and they cant seem to be bothered. Had a mini valet recently and had to virtually beg for lacquer on my trim like bumpers wheel arches etc which every other car wash does as standard.

I went back to speak to them after putting the pressure washer to close and taking paint off the car. All I wanted was a sorry and guarantee they would not put the pressure washer so close again. And no after speaking to 1 owner on the phone explaining then explaining to a second owner on the phone. All he said was that happens to old cars. (he hadn'teven seen my car). I just said to him won't bring car back again. As he just needed to apologises and guarantee they would not put the pressure washer so close again. Showed 1 of the guys the damage he took a picture. Shame was going to go back and let it all slide if he had just said as mentioned above. Will go elsewhere. Someone else left a review saying the same had happened to his car a few months ago

These guys always do a good job wash and dry or valet great result everything.

This is my go to carwash, the staff don't have the best communication skills but apart from that the job they do is great, I definitely will be back and they also give a discount for taxi drivers

£7 well worth the money Ford Kuga in BLACK looks new again highly recommended give them a go

Compared to other car washes really hard to decide the stars of their service! The valeting service is really poor, they do it with a lot of air freshener spray and a single hoover. They don't use any antidust chemicals on dashboard, only air-blow, what is not the same!

Terrible car wash....car was left with dirty streaks when it dried, valet was a joke fingerprints and sat nav holder marks still left on the inside of windows, mats still had mud on, not even a free air freshener for $15.....stear clear of this dump👎
