IMO Car Wash

Had my car got brought the car wash and it came out very clean and gleaming.
Staff were helpful and very minimal. Only saw 2 men there. Line of cars behind me as well.

Overall a good experience. Prices have increased a lot since I last came but the price of everything has these days.

Quick car wash with mini valet service for a squeaky clean car. Very happy with the service. AA member benefits help with a little bit of discount.

I had received a voucher offer for IMO car wash for a year at discounted price on a monthly basis and so the plan was to use regularly.

However, one weekday I turned up and the Bushey IMO was coned off with people milling around though. I tried to ring from home (30 mins away) to ensure it was open to customers but no one picked up. I’ve tried several times again and no response.

I contacted the company that I’d got the voucher for and they tried to assist but also failed to find a solution with IMO.

I will try to go to Amersham IMO which is further away so I can use this voucher but my mind is thinking to avoid IMO Bushey. They really shouldn’t publicise their contact number if they don’t answer!

Bought car wash trough their own app which gave some discount, easy to use. You can buy all different packages.
Attended car wash means spraying wheels and lower part of car after clean a bit with a soapy brush. Then the automatic machine takes over with foaming, brushing, waxing and drying.
Overall a cheaper option than hand car wash but some parts of car remained dirty and not dry.

We were looking for a drive in car wash, not a hand car wash, we didn't realise how few there were around. So when we found this place we had to come and look. The queue was quite long but it went very quickly. The prices were so good, the car was spotless after. We will definitely use again

As you can see, I have another post in the reviews. it seems like a miracle doesn't last long, I will post some pictures in which I will present the quality of an interior exterior wash worth £ 30 (24 pounds inside: 15 minute valet, ultra HD exterior/ 3.50 pound a second wash and 3 pound tips ) I am completely disappointed that I had to leave with the car dirtier than I came.

inside they just vacuumed and outside it's full of stains. it is worth mentioning that the car was washed and yesterday outside at the same car wash and everything was ok .

If you are interested in the quality of the services, I will send you a video in which I will defend you that they let the water dry on the car talking to another client.

I had an Ultra HD wash, initially I thought it wouldn’t work as on the ad, my car after the above said wash, it’s clean and there is no water marks on the body even you drive in rain. I would recommend this

The car was washed, polished & valeted very well. The staff who are generally helpful seemed to be under pressure from equipment not working, vehicles breaking down & some complaining customers! Staff also need to be aware that they are charging customers the correct price including any discounts relating to special offers!
