American Carwash

They did not clean my windows properly as you can see watermarks on it. They didn’t scrub the inside or the outside of my car properly as there were still smudges on the inside of my front window. I had specifically tell them that they didn’t hoover my interior doors. Just overall a terrible service

The worst experience ever!!! First of all the price is advertised as £9.95 for outside only and the guy charged me £10 on a sly. I realised it but just left it as it’s only 5p.Then you go through a pre wash stage where they rise the car and wash the bottom half. After that you go through a narrow path in a tunnel where two people clean the top half. With the windows up and water splashing on your car you have to listen carefully to what they say or they will knock on your windows really loud. After this stage a really narrow path where I was almost 2mm away from hitting my mirrors on a metal sheet hanging of their carwash framework. so I made it to the end where a lady told me to come forward then smacks my side mirror so hard to tell me to stop here. I could literally see the whole side mirror moving up and down that’s how much force she hit it with. last came the worst part.They used a plastic squeegee on your bloody paint work and you can hear the impact against your vehicle every time they slide it and they don’t use tyre shine to top it off🤦🏽‍♂️. 1/10 the worst carwash in London hands down. Member of staff doesn’t know how to treat your vehicle.In the tunnel location they should use green light and red light to let drivers know what to do instead of shouting and smacking windows.Drying stage should be air Blown or drying Towel/microfibre. I have attached a picture after the car wash at shell petrol station.

Great that it's open 24hrs but the quality of the wash was very poor. Lots of streaks and dirty spots left on the car and they only vacuum the floor on the internal clean without wiping other surfaces clean. It was about £20 for an internal and external clean.

DO NOT BOTHER ATTENDING THIS CAR WASH.

This car wash is the absolute worse car wash that I have ever been to. They dont even deserve 1 star.
They dont have a care in the world for your vehicle so if you want new scratch marks and swirls then this is the place to go.
Paid £30 for a van wash which honestly didnt deserve a pound. Their standards are so low and service is so poor, I honestly dont know how anyone in their right mind, would go back to this place.
Anyone thinking to go here…DONT! Run away from this place.

Very disappointed with the service.
Car was not vacuumed properly. Outside was not clean and dried. There was streak and smudge all over the car. I the lady it was not clean. She told me to somewhere else.

Extremely rude behaviour...this rather be manager guy (ABI) inside is completely disrespectful, unprofessional deciding when and what time he will take a break with the whole team even though they supposed to be OPEN 24/7 (why they are not taking turns going for break one by one??? but closing the whole business) poor owner (don't think he knows) he was extremely rude after explaining that I was travelling 40 min to discover they gonna be close for another hour...it's already a fifth time this happened...start arguing when he came out of his cabin..probably does not want more cars to serve. THE OWNER SHOULD LOOK AT THE OPERATION AS HE LOOSING A BUSINESS
