This is a good and thorough service that produces a nice clean car in about 10 to 15 minutes of quite fast activity pressure washing applying suds, sponging, second pressure washing, application of shine liquid then leathering and wiping down including door frames and door shuts as a basic lowest cost wash. This wash outfit moved to the Morrison's car park fairly recently and the cost of a basic clean on my small SUV crossover was £8 at the old site but is £18 in the new location. Great job but too expensive for a regular car wash for me so it's back to a basic wash at the drive though automatic car wash in the Petrol station at a fraction of that price in future for me.

Paid £19 to have a “okay” wash and some “polish” which was barely used. They got into my car wet to move it and my interior is now damp all over. My two front windows are still very dirty and now also scratched from the dirty cloths they used without washing them first. Will NOT be using again, just go borrowfield save yourself money.

Rubbish, do not use. It may have just been a symptom of going on a busy Saturday afternoon but when I asked for inside and out I was told that I had to go for gold service which is £40 on my Peugeot 208 due to a bit of dirt inside the car. They rushed it, did a cursory spray of 'polish' and a very cursory vacuum, with loads of little bits of debris left in the car. Really not worth it. When I raised it with them, they refused to do any more saying 'look at the queue, we can't do more than that' and that the hoover doesn't pick up small particles (despite the fact that when he tried to show me it didn't, it clearly did pick up those particles). Waste of money.

Expensive for what they offer. Used them a few times just for the convenience whilst I went into the shop. The last time I went back to them they said they will charge an excess because my car was extra dirty, although i had only had it washed 2 weeks before and literally driven to work twice 10 miles away it was not excessive in my eyes, it was just a white car that shows up dirt. Charged £17 for the privilege and standard of wash was poor, still left with marks on the car, dirt, smears on the windows. I couldnt be bothered to complain but will not be going back, i assume they rushed it because it was a Saturday and they were busy. My recommendation, go to Burrowfield and they will do it for £10 and actually wash it properly.

Convenient if you are going for weekly shopping or so. But you are paying a much higher price for the same service you get from neighbourhood hand car wash.

The staff was extremely unfriendly and tried to overcharge me for vacuuming my car inside … so I left and got it done somewhere else for £15 less than what they tried to charge .. I would not go back to them at all just for being so rude and unprofessional
