Broadwater Hand Car Wash

This was my first visit and was very satisfied with the quality of the clean and the efficiency of the staff. My car's wheel arches were very muddy from storm Dennis and the wheels and arches were left looking like new.
I chose the exterior only clean and working as a team the 4 staff members left the car gleaming in under 15 minutes.
My car is a VW Golf and classed as medium size for which the cleaning charge was £7 which was very reasonable.
They used a hand held pressure hose and finished the car by hand without any damage.
I will certainly be using them regularly and recommend you give them a try.

Still good value for money even though they have raised their prices. A fast efficient service too.

Very poor experience they wanted £60 for a VIP clean - because I said I wanted a good job done! I suggested a good job is to be expected, so they said £30. I wish I'd gone somewhere else: Wheels not cleaned properly, wheel arches not cleaned, smears all over the windows, seats not cleaned properly, dirt and dust left on headrests, door pillars, carpets and boot sides. My worst ever "hand car wash" experience - and that was before it was dry! A couple of hours later the true shoddiness of this rip off outfit was manifest all over the vehicle. It's a shame you can't give minus stars - I'd give them 5!....!!AVOID!!

Terrible. Left awful waxy streaks down one side of my car. 1 month later I still can't get them off. Avoid!

Great job done cleaning a filthy car but best to check the cost before they start. They wanted an extra £5 because it was so dirty (25% more than advertised). Who takes a clean car to the car wash? Very efficient service and very clean car now so would recommend

Sadly they have turned into a bunch of pirates.
Been taking my car there once a month for the last 2 years. On the last two occasions they have increased the price from £15 to £20 to £25.
Today was the final straw, asked me for £35 claiming "very very dirty", which of course it wasn't, my car is barely used.
When challenged immediately "reduced" the price to £25.
Wont be going again....
Think they need a price Board (which they have removed) and a manager...

Last time I will take my car here. They charge more than advertised if your car is "very dirty". They will not dry your 4 X 4 for the price advertised because it is "too big". If you have a medium sized car that is not too dirty you will leave with a cleaner car, dry and you might pay the price advertised. But for me, ever again.

they washed my car on the 26th July 2021 and I told them to be careful with the end of the jet wash at the end of the wash my car was scratched they denied it they surrounded me to intimidate me when I complained .
the carwash people have changed recently these people are new and did not understand me the boss there did and denied they had done it I have only had the car 2 weeks and this was the first wash so I know they did it .
its going to cost me £700 pounds so please if you love your car beware of this carwash .
