IMO Car Wash

This one is so much better than the one is priorswood at least the car comes out clean. Knocked off a star due to the last section just leaves smears where the microfiber clothes are worn

Arrived young lad wondering around asked if open, looked and grunted. It was 9.00 asked if ready and walked off. So reversed out and went else where, I understand staffing is difficult but rude.

Dreadful reception from an unhelpful young man who seemed very disinterested in helping me. I lined my car up and didn't have a clue how to put my car onto the rolling belt. Had to be rescued just in time before I think my chassis may have broken! £10.50 was a good price but considering the process was started by hand, my wheel trims were not 100% clean

Uninterested, unhelpful, rude staff, shouting at customers to "drive". Car not clean so took it back around to have some of the missed spots attended to but still not worth the £10.50. Upon closer examination, a very poor job overall.

Very rude staff! Paid for the most expensive clean, car wash kept stopping so car never got cleaned properly or dried. Complained so drove around then they just put the jet wash over it again washing the wax etc i just paid for and didn’t bother drying it again waste of money!

We couldn't go through due to having a roof rack so ours was done by hand ...Nice work.

We use this car wash regularly. The older man is helpful and enthusiastic but the young lad I’m guessing is his son is absolutely dreadful. I’ve honestly seen more life in a tramps vest. He grunts, never makes eye contact or barely speak. It’s like he doesn’t want to be there. Other than that the car wash is decent.

Disappointing. Could not reach lower parts and could not dry properly. As a result, after only one day, lots of spots in the mirrors. Poor quality wash. Staff were okay, no complain. But the overall quality of wash is very poor.
