Valet Zone Hand Car Wash

This service used to be the best around a few years back. They haven't done a very good job for the second time in a row, so will be looking somewhere else next time.
They only washed the wheels on the side that was facing me, the middle panel inside the car was not done at all, soil left on the inside of passenger's foot rest, screen not polished properly, so when the sun came up, I could see literally nothing ahead of me while driving off, never wipe down the back of the car.
Sorry, you let it down. Giving two stars as you still got something done and were nice & polite.

I allways use this place there quick but do an excellent job .... And at a reasonable price .....

Love this car wash, used it for years and they always make sure the car is done perfectly even when there is a queue. Genuinely nice chaps that work there and they raise lots for charity. I have since moved but still travel from Mansfield to have my car done by them. 5*

Paid £20 for wash and clean inside. I was quite disappointed with the results. I would not recommend this car wash based on this visit.

Using them for the last 6 years and never had a bad experience. The guys working there are always nice and friendly.

Came here today as I had abit of mud on the back seat and just needed a general clean! It came back still dirty!! Didn’t even bother opening the boot, let alone clean it! It’s still dusty and dirty. Doesn’t even look like it’s been cleaned. The windows are smeary. Fingerprints all over my mirrors. Paid £12 for what?? Wont be returning.

Expensive compared to most other hand car wash in the area. They charged £20 for in and out 7 seaters (although my car was of medium size) . They named themselves as best wash, although don’t have anything special. They don’t respect customers as after they washed my car they told me the price for vacuuming is £10 and it is written in a very small size font at the bottom of a board deliberately. Otherwise their boss wouldn’t ask whether I have been told that it is £20 for inside and outside. They knew that no one can see that board from 5 m distance and won’t tell you until you finish washing your car. I can say it was the worst experience ever in any car wash.If I could I would not give them even 1 star, especially for the rudeness of the guy who was talking to me (he might be the boss).

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Came up this morning there third time in past few months and the guy who was cleaning my car has broken my mirror! Didn't even feel responsible for that and laughed when I asked him to pay for that!! He only said that it's happened and better if I won't make him to be rude to me!! Horrible service! Won't back again, and tell all my friends and family not to go there!!
