Norwich Hand Car Wash

After collecting my car I found it had been damaged with a jet wash ( so not hand washed as advertised ) the manager agreed it had been damaged by the jet wash and knocked off £20. After driving for less than one mile an alarm started going off, I then stopped and noticed the mileage had increased by 8 miles so I called the manager and explained the problems at wich point he started shouting and swearing at me and told me to f**k off and not to come back. Today 3/5/2017 . His reply looks like a threat !! shame it could have been sorted out so easy and cheaply With a little customer care. To be fair, after checking my tracker my car had not been driven of site but had been left running to dry out the passenger seat. So much water must have been used on the seats the seatbelt alarm was damaged and is on continually ringing. If the car was so dirty you could not see the damage, how can you say it was damaged already?

First time going here and my car was filthy beforehand, so they had their work cut out! When I left it was sparkling clean and my black paintwork looked great. The guys here work really hard too. I only had the £10 Bronze service but I was more than impressed. Highly recommended.

Had a Platinum inside and out car wash. It took longer than expected but my car was pretty grubby having been used as a van to move house for the last 3 weeks. They have a comfortable enough waiting room so the wait wasn't a really problem. The clean was absolutely amazing, I was stunned at just how good it looked after. 5 stars well deserved and it is really reasonably priced. I will be making it a regular thing.

I have always taken my car here. I have two Dalmatian dogs and hair gets everywhere. I cannot recommended this place enough! They are incredible. Very reasonable priced and the car is always spotless. Thanks so much!

I have just had the worst experience of a car wash I've ever had.
Dirt around the bottom. Then noticed it was all around. So they wiped it off with a cloth. Then asked for more money than what we were told at the beggining. When I asked for a reciept he said no!!!! And I payed cash!!!
Then noticed my boot was drenched in water. All my shopping and coats absolutely drenched. The boss was not at all interested in the slightest and made no end of excuses. Then walked off laughing.
The qorst customer service and car clean I've ever had.

Haven't been to Hardy s diner for a few years .
But it was still brilliant.

Perfect. Took 30 minutes for a Mini valet on a busy Saturday. 10/10 will be going here from now on!! Excellent results, friendly service and competitive £££.
