absolutely rubbish, I took my car there for full valet and I've paid £ 50 .
After 2 hours they called me saying it's ready, but when I came to pick up I was shocked!! to see the job they had done!! the seats and carpets were still dirty as they have done nothing for them, when I spoke to the manager he said you only paid£50 it should be£60 i said why didn't you say that at beginning . I was really disappointed i will never go again to this place . Avoid avoid AVoid!!!!

I have had my car from new and these guys keep it looking that way. Great service and job done everytime even 5 years on the car looks like new.

Very good place for quick car wash or vac...local to me and i always use it..reasonable process pull up ,request and basically get!

I had been using this company for many years they have always charged me £15 for in & out. However today after cleaning my car they wanted £20 because the car was dirty, the outside of the car was a bit dirty but the inside was clean, I will be using Claire Road now!

If you are planning on charging your customers more because you think the car is dirty you should agree this before hand before cleaning the car, I have never seen this sign either or have you in several years ever charged me more than £15.

With this attitude I have received is disgusting and I will not be using you anymore, therefore I will take my business elsewhere!

I've used Wave 3-4 times now after finding them last year, I'm very happy with their efficiency, friendly service and decent value. Good range of options and fair prices for a city location. I usually have a basic clean inside and out which is all I need, never been disappointed. I'll be back for sure, especially as my kids never clean their own cars! 100% Happy to support these guys.

I regularly have a mini valet here and wouldn't go anywhere else. They always get my car brilliantly clean and it really is very good value. They have a very good system going with lots of people working on each car meaning the car is cleaned to a great standard very quickly. I

Opted for the inside and out. Apparently I was "too fussy" because there was still bird poo on my car even they washed the car! They then asked for payment to which i said "I'll check before I make the payment" and the response I had was "what is there to check" although the tyres still hadn't been polished and I was rushed off the site. I wouldn't recommend these guys at all!

The car wasn't burnt by bird poo, once I highlighted it to your staff and it was washed off there were no issue. In reference to the price, I never once tried haggling you but I must admit the service is appalling. Well done for acknowledging this is the UK, you should also be familiar with that you must be fulfilling the service that you advertised for the money you're requesting. You asked for payment before the job was finished and I highlighted the areas which needed cleaning and the jobs which hadn't been completed that were on your advertisement, you sent your staff to work on other cars. Its comical to see you contesting my review.
