ARC Car Wash

I stopped using this car wash some time ago due to the operator being rude and aggressive and not doing his job of pre-wash. However on Sunday I thought I would give another try as the staff turnaround can be quite frequent. To my disappointment, the same guy was there being his usual aggressive and work shy self. When I got home I was so surprised how the car looked I took some pictures. You would never believe I had been to the car wash. It looks like someone just got a dirty rag and moved the dirt around the car. See the pictures. Needless to say I will not be using this car wash again.

The service is appaling to say the least. The staff is never polite or serviabil,they speak romanian and automatically supose you dont so theyswear and curse at you, and if you have a cheap car you defenetly don't have priority, even if first in line, over more expensive cars. Avoid if you want to have a good day

DONT GO THERE, THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE, AROGENT , SHOUTING AT YOU , THEY NEED SORTING OUT , don't know why arc are not doing anything about them , I'm sure there are other people who would appreciate the job position that they have , wake up arc , just look at all the complaints, how can you allow this to continue, AND HOW CAN ASDA allow this happening on there there patch, so people do not go there

My first ever appointment to wash car ended up with a disappointment. I asked the worker is it ok to pay with card - apparently it was, so I did , to which he was just moaning “too much problem” whilst printing out receipt. Maybe my questions might seem stupid or with workers words “are you joking, right” i did admited I never have done it before. After that I just wanted and did drove off, without any service. Such a shame I payed, but no driver - new or experienced is deserved such an attitude.

Most time guys workers unkind also not nice. Horobly experiences.
If I can used diferent car washing - I do.

It's a car wash, it cleans the car. The attendants don't look happy, practically grunt, very little English so might be why they don't try to be nice. Car is cleaned by the machine well

Good car wash just a bit over priced compared to the hand washes

I came for a quick car wash while the Mrs. Was shopping. I got there for about 10am on Saturday. There was no one there but it looked open. I beeped the horn and bloke came storming out with his mouth full of food. He said he wouldn't get another chance to eat as its very busy on a Sunday. I explained it was a Saturday and that I also didn't care. I was there for a car wash. It's not like he was cleaning it, the machine was. I said I'd just go because he was being a silly Billy. If only the attendant was a robot I'd get a better service. He also had egg on his face. Literally.
