AA Hand Car Wash and Valeting center

Took my car for the first time for a valet / wash after hearing good things. Fair play cannot fault the service. Care was taken and the car was spotless inside and out. Will definitely go again.......

Have used this car wash about 10 or 12 times now & usually absolutely first class. Today I came away disappointed, not the usual effort & attention to detail. Car cleaned/ jet washed in usual manner but the next stage wasn't up to the usual high standards, windows not cleaned with glass cleaner, sills not cleaned, tyres not painted etc, just wipe over with a shammy & on your way! This has happened previously, but then the wash was really busy, so I could understand wanting to get cars through as quickly as possible, but today there was only 1 other car being washed. Also, the price changes every time I go there, sometimes it's £8, others £9. Having said all above, I will give it another try as I've been very satisfied on all but one of my previous visits.

Paid 45 quid for a valet , terrible,really bad job , didn't do what was promised, and I left it with them, had to clean it myself later on when I got home and checked it over , ,missed most of it, made it look like they'd washed the mats by putting paper over them ,contacted them,they did apologise ,didn't offer a refund or a free valet,just a wash,and said I should of come back,and 45 quid doesn't include seats washed , so 38 quid in hoovering lol,,but I won't be going again for a valet or wash , lost my trade I'm sorry ,and as it is local I wanted to support the business, place has declined in standard from when it first opened ,really disappointed

Asked for just the inside to be cleaned and I was told that I have to have the outside and pay £35. On their price list there was an option for just the inside at £12. Unnecessarily wanting me to pay more when I don’t want to.
Albeit the inside vacuum was nice, not good customer service in trying to cheat me out of my money!

I had been here on a Saturday morning, no one was around me or in line and yet despite that the Staff had been in such a hurry they hadn't washed the car well at all and the stuff that had meant to polish the plastics and wheels had just left the car ugly and not shiny. I see no point going there.

Will not be going again.
When i first arrived and asked how much to wash outside, hover and wash / vacuum front seats.. sitting part ..only not whole seat of my C1 i was told £70.. i politely said no thank you ...after lot of chat from his side it went from £50 down to £30 when i told him the place i usually go charge me £20 and i was ok with a extra £10 for the 5 min it takes to wash and vacuum from seats. On my return i noticed what i thought was air freshener being sprayed all over bottom of inside of car and car mats.. on looking more closely its a product called .. wild cleaning spray paint mat black .. not something i have seen before and i wish they had asked me before using as i would have said ..no i do not want it in my car..i am very sensitive to migraines and have a small child and pets who use the car.. Car has been home 1 hour windows open etc and still stinks of that spray..

Definitely one of the better hand car washing. Don’t leave the tfr on too long and use the foam canon so all good there. Scored down as inconsistent pricing. Been twice £7 first time £9 second time. I have a SUV so not quite 4x4. Also always seem to catch them out it gets busy so they have loads on the interior valet but just one guy doing the outsides. So can take 20mins or so to get through.

Rocked up at 5.30pm today and as usual the staff were enthused, polite and raring to go. This is a great place to get one's car pampered.
