Newport Hand Car Wash

Although I prefer washing my car myself, sometimes(especially in cold weather or when I simply don't have the time) I go there, pay a fiver for a quick wash. They do an okay job, not perfect, but you wouldn't expect it either. I didn't have any problem with them yet, they are polite and working fast

They are quite fast here and it is cheaper than other hand car washes however i feel they lack attention to detail such dragging a dirty Hoover hose through a car that has just been cleaned also, where they were bashing there Hoover around under my seats they damaged the connector for the heated seat control module. I went back to them (not really to complain) to suggest that they be more careful of under seat electrics with the hoover and it turns out they dont give a rats posterior so if you go here good luck.

Had the mini valet done, cleaned inside and out. Within half hour of getting the inside cleaned, the buttons, horn and airbag stopped working and I had to get the clock spring replaced which was £300. Not sure what spray or air compressor they use but I would advise just doing the inside of your car yourself.

First class job every time.
Would take my car anywhere else.

I only had the outside washed and they done a half tidy job. There was a few marks left on the glass and some on the wheels but it was a Friday evening and very busy.
I was a bit concerned that the jet washer was too powerful but I couldn't see any marks caused by it. I will give them another try when they are a bit less rushed.

Average car wash, once dried, still dirty patches. Cash only, no card machine. £7 for a basic wash, probably better going to a supermarket car wash.

Excellent full valet. I always use this hand car wash but this is the first full valet that they have done for me the car looks like brand new. Well done. 👏👏👏
