The manager ups it by about £7-£10 becareful. Very rude. He said his price £25 to wash a car inside and out!!! Im sure that.more then a vans price! Manager walks away ignoring the customer. Go for uplands car wash. Always fair with price and go out of their for customer service. Never coming back here i wouldn't even give this rating a 1 star

Hiked the price up after they finished. I asked for a 3 (£15) but they charged me £20. I pointed out some dirt still in the centre console which they cleaned again. Only had 2 items in the boot - cold box and a car boot organiser - and they didn't even move them to clean the boot so there is still sand there. The service is overpriced and not good enough.

Dropped my car off for an hour as I live locally. Didn't recognise it when I picked it up! Cleaned inside and out, fantastic job. Thank you.

Good job, I don't like acid on my wheels. They use acid with out my permission.
Please ask before using acid.

I went to this car wash today normally pay £10 but today the guy said £20 after he done the job which in my head I knew I was getting ripped off and he up the price. They don’t stick to their prices and try make you pay more. I didn’t argue with the guy or hesitate to pay. I know for sure they ain’t seeing me again. What a joke. Also there was some areas inside the car they didn’t clean properly!!! What a joke!

Very rude!unpleasant they are rushing cars through as fast as they can .they want your money.and shout at you to go saying."this is not a hotel."

Good service and job only let down by the fact that they tried to charge me a bit more as the said my car was dirty !
I declined and said I would leave it .They then said they would do for the normal price

Used this car wash last week, usually take the work car for a wash and always ask for the receipt to get my money back, on this particular day, the boy that washed my car only after he washed all of the car told me that I had to pay £7 instead of £5 because the car was too dirty, surely I should have been informed before he started to make sure I was happy to pay that price and then he went to ask who I think is the boss, because everyone was running to him to give him the cash that they were taking off people, and he refused to give me a receipt and just started shouting at me " bye lady, bye lady, keep driving" so I told him that I needed the receipt and he said " we haven't got time for a receipt come back tomorrow". Keeping in mind that receipts are printed out already and they just tick a box according to the service you had.
The way he dismissed me was disgusting and very unprofessional, there is no way someone should be spoken to like that by anyone. Dont recommended this car wash at all, stay away.
