IMO Car Wash

Accusing me of trying to be a fraud to get a claim as the car wash snapped my wing mirror, gave me attitude while i was writing the record incident form
NEVER GO, As its All my fault apparently, gonna look at the cctv footage tomorrow and once he sees im right probably delete the footage, thats the sort of person he is

Popped in for a basic hose down between washes, lured in by the 'Washes from £1.99' sign at the entrance, only to find no such price exists - basic wash is £3.50. I thought that advertising a price and charging a higher price was illegal?🤔

Full valet and clean, efficient and good service and great result

Not long home from using this car wash and it's stripped the lacquer off part of my drivers side rear door. Don't think I'll be taking my Mercedes back there. Don't know if it was the guy with the jet wash or the brushes but either way it's going to cost me to rectify this.

Their card machine packed in and I didn't have any cash. There is a cash point in Tesco next door and I offered they take my details and registration and I would return immediately following the wash with payment. They refused to let me do this, instead having the entire queue reverse around the bend to allow me to reverse out. This was not before they covered my alloys in wheel cleaner but not rinsing. Fantastic.

I showed up twice 2 days in a row and it was closed for maintenance on both days, the 3 times I've managed to get a car wash has been decent though, quick, efficient and gets the job done. Not a good replacement for a full valet, but handy in between big washes to keep the outside a little cleaner.

I recommend NEVER going here! My mother's wheel came off the track and my mother didn't touch a thing. He tried to blame it all on my mother also. He was very rudely shouting at my mother and refused to give a refund then he tried to say that he would give her a free car wash the next time we come but we will never be coming here again!

Perfect car wash, the attendant jets the car which gets most of the big bits off. Then you choose the wash you want and its great! Car came out sparkling clean.
