Excellent friendly service. Had one car washed and interior windows cleaned-left happy. Took second car for full valet and left extremely happy. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience took my small fiesta there recently as it was a bit dirty , tried charging me £40 for inside and out when their sign says £17.50. Beyond

Went there today and asked for £6 wash and go and not told this did not apply and car cost more to clean. Despite not being told this prior to getting car washed. Then rather conveniently charged £10 as only had a £10 note so what if it more or if I had given right money of £6 to begin with? I feel they made up the charge there and then in getting £10 note. Therefore I recommend anyone who goes there pays in advance. Also, because my car was full of Christmas shopping told them not to do car struts as I didn't want anything falling out but they still tried to do this so obvious language and understanding barrier so ultimately I will avoid going back in future as told car still dirty at the end and it needed extra washing but at the same time told they too busy to do it today and come back. I am all for trying to keep money in local community but feel this is not a good service so warn others accordingly.

Used to be really nice men working here apart from 1 who is rude and arrogant, you probably all know which ONE I mean!!. Took my car here yesterday for a wash and go( just to add my car is small and not stinking dirty), always paid £6 and was told no not £6 will cost £10 because of salt on the car making it more dirty!!, l told him l always paid £6 and he said not anymore! (even though price board states from £6 like it always have!! ). Trying to get more money out of a woman on her own that's what you are doing!! Won't be returning, actually went somewhere cheaper with great service with a smile and not an aggressive tone. You need to sort your attitude out before you lose more customers, ripping people off!! Avoid this joke of a place they make the prices up to suit themselves!

Excellent service from them. Top quality cleaning and absolutely worth the price they’ve set. My car looks literally brand new. Would highly recommend.

My wife went to get her car washed today to be rudely spoken to by a member of staff, stating that due to the car being so dirty it will cost £35, instead of £25.

Yes the car is dirty and needs a clean, but nothing out of the ordinary.

My wife went to llanrumney and experienced no issues whatsoever.
