Professional and courteous medical and support staff. Inquiries were attended to fully and promptly. Felt safe and comfortable in the hands of the medical team. Special appreciation for Prof. Ramzi Khamis for all the attention and advice he provided.

Arrived early due to travel plan, met at main reception. Who sat me down and provided refreshments. Spent most time on third floor and then phlebotomy. Everyone was very professional and personable. A great experience.

Excellent facilities, very welcoming. Appropriate investigations performed and follow up was first rate. Received clear and reassuring explanation of my results by Dr Manisty. Highly recommended.

Completely unprofessional health centre.
I have waited there for nearly 2 hours before they realised that they didn’t announce my arrival to the doctor and that the doctor had actually left thinking that I didn’t arrive.
I have never seen anything like that. Absolutely no professionalism

Wow, just wow !
When you have been searching for many years & know one can give you answers. Then you go to see Dr Boon Lin, he is extremely knowledgeable & used language that is clear/understandable. He didn’t just concentrate on cardiology but looked at all my medical conditions & their impact on one another. Offering us lots of tips & ideas. He has a lovely warm & friendly manner. He made sure we understood what he was saying & explaining more if we needed it. He gave us lots of opportunities to ask questions. We now feel ready to tackle the next chapter armed with the information to improve quality of life for our 19 year old daughter. He has given us hope ! He truly is one of the BEST !

Every member of staff, from the nurses to the surgeon, treated me with true kindness and compassion. I had lots of questions and each was answered to my complete satisfaction before I was asked to sign for my consent.
When I emerged from the anaesthetic, my nominated nurse was standing by my side waiting to provide whatever comfort I needed and to deal with any pain I might have. The amazing thing is, I had no pain and I had wrongly anticipated a great deal of it.
Well done the Welbeck Team - each and every one of you is a star!
