Visit was during the morning. A very nice breakfast. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere .
Venue is decorated in traditional way. A little piece of summer sunshine, music playing good vibes. Perfect to meet up and have a bite to eat with family and friends. Varied Caribbean menu. Sunday roast soon available.

NOT ENOUGH STARS FOR THIS BUSINESS! Ronnie's Tropical consistently serve the very best authentic Carribbean food. The food is and always has been excellent. I would recommend ordering to anyone and rate the service highly. 10/10

Just spent £26 on an order for it to get here and it be the most flavourless meal I’ve ever tried! The chicken is so dry and flavourless tastes like nothing. The Mac and cheese is solid and tastes like it’s come out a microwave along with what looks and tastes like plastic cheese on top.The dumplings are soggy. All over was just abysmal. So we politely tried to speak to the owner for him to start shouting down the phone at us telling us we are wrong and our opinion is wrong bc he’s doing it for 20 years which makes no difference. We politely requested a refund to which we got laughed at and for him to continue shouting abuse down the phone all because we wasn’t happy with our food! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. Appalling taste and service!!!!!

I have just called to speak to the owner regarding an order I made and was unhappy with. I was polite and genuine about what I spoke about. All I got was abuse, telling me I was wrong and how my opinion of his food didn't matter. Didn't listen to a word I said and continued to shout at me. As a business owner I would never dream of speaking to a customer like that. I will be sure to NEVER ever use this company again and will be telling my local clients the same thing. Awful food and even worse customer service. If I could rate a 0 I would.

Food came and was not very nice, called to explain and the fella at the end of the phone screamed. Not sure this is a good way to run a business.

We work hard to make money so when we spend it it should be on the right food. This place don’t make the right food so don’t spend you hard earned money here. It’s definitely not appreciated by them.

Food was absolutely disgusting, all staff were rude and verbally abusive when we asked for a refund for our food. Deffinetly not worth the money or hassle. Don’t bother getting food from here as it’s tastes awful and is all microwaved

Ordered last night, chicken curry and curried goat, plantain. All were beautiful😍 food was so fresh, and there’s even a restaurant next door you can eat in, definitely returning 🙌🏽

Ordered via ubereats - not overly impressed having read other comments giving the food glowing reviews . Had goat curry and brown stew chicken and both were incredibly salty, especially the stew. I eat pretty much anything and it takes a lot to put me off, but my face was puckering with every salty mouthful - way too much! Dumplings we're good, though.
