Jerk n' Tingz

Just had dinner here and I was really impressed. It’s nice to have something different here In Dover and I really hope this place sticks around.

Had the cod fritters to start and the sauce was super tasty! Jerk chicken wrap for mains, all meat is cooked to a medium heat so I got a little pot of home made chilli sauce which really kicked a punch 👌🏼 desert was a lemon drizzle with rum and raisin ice cream that had some lovely big chewy bits of fruit. The pineapple cooler was yummy too. The food was great and came out quickly. Service was warm and welcoming and friendly. Clean tidy place comfortable seating.

The one thing that really impressed me was the eco friendliness of the place. The cups are compostable, the plates and bowls were all cardboard and the cutlery was wooden (except desert spoons). So they are doing their bit for the environment too!

Well worth the visit, some may think on the pricey side but frankly for good quality artisanal food... I’m happy to pay!

Absolutely outstanding dining experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was incredible and the staff were friendly and kind. The food was perfect- the BBQ Jackfruit with rice and peas and Coleslaw was one of the bet meals i've had in a while!! Decor was unique and brilliant. Highly recommend this lovely and authentic establishment! one of the best dining experiences Dover has to offer!

Absolutely lovely!!!!! The blueberry BBQ sauce is to die for!! Cocktails were fresh and strong!! Highly recommended. Would advise booking as very busy!! X x

Been coming to Jerk N Tingz since they first opened at the old restaurant!!! I still eat here regularly!! We also eat here at lunch time when we’re at work!!! Can’t get enough of this food!!! The food is the best Jamaican food Iv ever tasted!! Even when we was in the Caribbean on holiday, the food didn’t even touch what they can cook at Jerk N Tingz!! My favourite restaurant!!! 10/10 for service, food, presentation, hygiene and decor!!! I cant recommend this restaurant enough!!! Best one around hands down!!

Easily my favourite restaurant in Dover. Authentic and independently run by a brilliant team. Great choice of food available and all for a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely stunning food. I was made to feel so welcome. I'm sitting here now writing this as I feel it warrants an outstanding review as I eat. I will definitely be back. So many flavours in the chicken and the pork belly. Absolutely loved it. The two ladies behind the bar were so welcoming and as I was in my own they both spoke to me and made sure I was doing OK. Great atmosphere and they had some great music playing. Both doorman great chatty and professional. Will definitely be back very soon.

I visited with lady from Jamaica who definately approved of and enjoyed the authentic Caribbean menue. The actual restaurant was bit basic tho but don't let that put you off. Worth it for the food
