Karl has cleaned carpets in two properties for me (one was an end of tenancy clean) and has done an incredible job! I also recommended him to a friend who needed an end of tenancy clean and he was very impressed.

Carpets look fantastic when finished and Karl is an extremely nice man who is easy to talk to and very trustworthy.

I know I've said it many times but I will say again, thank you Karl. I won't use anyone else!

After making the first phone call he arrived within 2 hours after having a paint spillage ( half a tin + cream carpet 😫 ) and I can honestly say you would not believe it but he managed to clear the lot. So after another person from a different business making a disaster today, Karl came quickly to rectify the other persons error and left my carpets immaculate & smelling amazing. I fully recommend K.L Carpet Care, friendly, speedy and professional service. Karl really helped us out as he actually came to our new property twice before we moved in. Karl has also advised us on what hoover he recommends and also with picking our new carpets.

Karl was very professional and the service he provides is great value for money. We have had our sofas for 8 years and with having pets and children he definitely had his work cut out. The results where totally amazing they look like brand new sofas again. Would really recommend this company. Generally a nice guy and adhered to social distancing and wore a face mask at all times.
