Hedge End Carpet Care

I wish I could leave a good review as the carpets were cleaned to a good standard.
However after being harassed online in places I would never see, details sent to me by strangers who thought that it was awful behaviour, email threats to assumedly break into my property and 'dirty the carpets again' after an honest 1 week delay in payment after my card was frozen due to an address mix up whilst moving house I cannot leave the review I was planning.
Whilst I would never purposefully pay late, I feel that 1 week did not deserve the over reaction given by James Roberts and warn of his unprofessional manner in dealing with what could have been resolved in a friendly manner.

When the doorbell rang my wife answered the door to see whom she thought was none other than Jason Statham!!!!
After a few cold towels to her brow we were able to get her back to her feet.
I’ve come to clean your curtains said the man in a low and commanding voice.
We at first thought this was rather odd as we bagged up our curtains and put them in the loft last year after changing the whole house to blinds.
Needless to say, after getting the bin bags down from the loft it was so clear that this man (Mr Roberts) was absolutely correct.
Despite the moth holes we had no idea about, we handed over the curtains and within an hour they looked the cleanest they had ever been.
It’s nice to know that there are caring people in the community and it was well worth giving him our wedding rings in exchange for the lovely deed.
