Portsmouth Carpet Cleaning

We had our lounge, hall, stairs and landing cleaned. Also the patio at the back which was in a shocking state but now looks absolutely great. We were very pleased with the standard of work. I arranged for a 3 piece suite and 3 hall rugs to be cleaned. On arrival I was advised as to what would the process was and I left the gentleman to it. I was a bit surprised as to how quickly the job was completed but I was assured that it was the correct amount of time and because I had never had this kind of service before I accepted that. When I went to look at was was done I was surprised as to how heavy wet everything was and immediately phoned for advice and was told to lay some towels on the furniture so that it could be used. The rugs were heavy wet and in fact took 3 days to dry. I was surprised as to how dirty the rugs looked and phoned to ask if he would come back and redo them, a time as made but the weather meant it was cancelled, a couple of fruitless calls later has meant that i have a 3 piece suite that doesnt look as though it has been done and rugs that look dirtier than before. An expensive lesson learned.
