EasyClean Solutions - Gosport

We had our Carpet and Sofa cleaned by this company and we are very pleased with the end result. Both my husband and I are very impressed with the service that Daniel has provided. He made sure that we were happy with everything and has redone the areas that we thought needed more. It's an old carpet to be fair, but he managed to lift the dirt and made it look decent again. He's very professional and we can't fault the company at all. We highly recommend them and will be using again for sure. Dan has been cleaning our windows for a few months now and it’s been a fantastic job every time.

Communication with him has been great and really appreciate the message when he’s due so we can ensure access is made clear for him on his arrival.

Couldn’t be more upset. Booked in 3 weeks before for carpet clean and oven clean. Then confirmed a week before. Day of nothing. Was supposed to arrive at 11am. At 11:15 I called to be told they had absolutely nothing booked in for me under my name.

Was told that he’s had some personal circumstances out of his control meaning mine was simply missed. I was assured on the phone he could ‘absolutely’ fit me in today for atleast the carpet clean, and would try his best for the oven clean. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he said he was having personal issues. Said he would be with me at around 1pm.. an hour later, 2 texts and 3 unanswered phone calls nothing.

I’m moving out TOMORROW. And will now face ridiculous charges from the MOD for not having them cleaned.

Im amazed! My carpets are like new and my house smells so fresh.I have 3 dogs so you can imagine the state of my carpets before hand. I 10000% recommended Jordan he is very polite, professional & speedy. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Brodie came and cleaned our carpets throughout today after some recent decorating.
He explained fully the process, was super neat & tidy and very efficient. Would without doubt recommend and will be using again in the summer for another freshen-up.

Jordan and Brody were excellent. Both are professional, friendly and courteous.
My carpets had stains from training a puppy and they have made them look new again! I’m so happy with their work.

Saw a service they did when cleaning a RARE carpet for a friend, and it's a work of love. They literally removed DECADES of dirt out of a rare carpet, where any less professional service would have ruined a piece with no substitute. This way, their work is outstanding! Recommended.

Really impressed with this very professional company. The guys that came round to clean our carpets were amazing with their knowledge on their products and equipment. Very polite and tidy. Would highly recommend them
