Carpet Care - Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I have to say that we are not totally happy about the cleaning of our sofas. The actual cleaning has been successful, but we were told that they would be dry in 4-6 hours and it has taken two days for us to get them even partially dry; this was after running a fan heater in the room for many hours during the day. In addition, the marks of the cleaning tools are still clearly visible on the fabric, despite our efforts to erase them. At the moment we are hoping that the marks will disappear when the fabric is completely dry. If not, we shall contact the company.

Sean arrived on time. He was very friendly, respectful and polite. He worked hard for the whole time he was here and my lounge carpet came up as good as new. Previously I used to rent a carpet washing machine but the last few times a terrible smell stayed in the room for a few weeks after cleaning. I was beginning to think the underlay had gone mouldy or I would have to replace the whole carpet! However Sean used deodorising products as well as cleaning products and there’s no bad smell! I am SO happy with the result and I’ll definitely not go back to DIY carpet cleaning. Thanks you so much Sean! Great job!

Paid £100 for a one room carpet clean with additional protective spray. The clean took about 45 minutes and when the gentlemen left my property, the carpet appeared to look better than previously, but I was advised it was still damp and to allow 4 hours before walking on. I then noticed a few days later some very odd ‘lines’ and ‘marks’ which were not there before. I contacted the company with some photos to express my concern as the carpet, now dried, looked very patchy with a prominent lighter line/box like shape going down the centre of the carpet . I was offered for a re-clean but I was concerned there could be further ‘patchy’ areas or it could damage my carpet. I was then told, as I was not comfortable with a re clean, there’s nothing more they can do and it’s ‘likely to be my carpet pile’. I disputed this and provided further photographs evidencing the lines and marks were still very visible. I then requested the company to provide the before and acts photographs THEY took upon arrival and leaving the property and they have failed to respond. Far too expensive, I’m not sure what happened or if they had a blockage or unclean machine, but my carpet was left with me then having to fix it myself. The company visited one month ago and I’ve used a Vax SpotWash - the colour of the water is absolutely appalling so I do not feel the carpet was cleaned very well at all. Would not recommend.

Good standard of carpet cleaning. My dissatisfaction is with the verbal agreement over the phone which can only be described as "loose"giving the impression of a price which bore little relation to the invoice I saw later on my computer. I asked the operator for an invoice when he had finished the work & he held up his device so briefly that I couldn't read it, but I trusted him so paid £180 which I later saw was £30 VAT extra which had never been mentioned before. I feel I was deliberately misled & will not be using your services again

Sadly, I had the misfortune of employing this company to professionally clean a commercial office carpet.
When I contacted the sales team and provided them with the information they required which included the size of the area, I was quoted a cost for which I placed an order against.
Upon arrival, the service engineer contacted there office to complain that the area was bigger than they had allowed for, but in fact they had worked the area out using "feet" instead of "meters".
There quote stated the correct dimensions and even had the correct unit of measurement "meters".
They came back to me and refused to complete the work unless I paid at least triple the amount of what I was originally quoted and would not honour there quote.
I was then forced to comply with there demands as I needed the work to be done and had no time to source another carpet cleaning company.

Poor service and disregard for there own mistakes, which ended up costing me...Not them.
