A1 Carpet & Upholstery cleaning

Tom repaired a hole in our carpet that our Puppy Ruby had made, when I see that A1 Carpet & Upholstery now done carpet repairs I was so pleased.

I came across A1 on TikTok randomly and was so impressed with his work and after stalking his TikTok and Instagram videos/photos I reached out to get booked in!! I was initially really nervous as I’ve had bad experiences with carpets cleaners in the past, in that they didn’t do any of what I was told they’d do!! And my carpets ended up dirtier than every before!

Tom at A1 however was just AMAZING!! From first contact and when meeting he was very professional, honest and did the most amazing job!!! When he arrived I walked through the house with him and pointed out problem areas and he was so honest about what the outcome may be! We got a surprise stain/mark appear under the dirt when cleaning, which Tom stopped at nothing to get out! He returned to that and another stain multiple times to make sure they were removed as much as possible!!

We are honestly over the moon with the service we received and results we got today and will be booking him again soon to clean our sofas!! He’s honestly such a nice guy too!! Amazing job! Thank you again, so so much!!

Cleaned carpets I didn't think could be cleaned and got the smell of dog out of our cord sofa with no trouble at all. The turn around from turning up to everything being dry is fast and efficient. Would recommend Tom to anyone and everyone!

So so pleased with my carpets and really recommend Tom. The dog wee stains on the carpet were disgusting despite us scrubbing with various cleaning sprays and even hiring the rug doctor. All let wee stains are gone and the carpets looks like new so we don’t have to replace for a while now. He’s a nice guy too which is always nice to have in your home. Thanks Tom!

Highly recommend, we have 2 dogs both from puppies which has soiled the carpet causing not only bad odour but visible staining. Tom done a fantastic job to lift out the stain and also leave the carpet smelling fresh! Looks brand new again. Also had our sofa and ottoman cleaner - have 3 children the oldest two have spilt drinks, dropped food, accidentally coloured on them and Tom has managed to get them looking new again! I'm very happy that we decided to use A1 to clean our living room carpet and sofas, he's done an amazing job and our room is now lovely and fresh. I wasn't home, but my wife said he arrived on time, was friendly and happy to answer any questions. I'll be calling him again next year 100% .
