Philip Wingfield is an absolute magician . He arrived exactly at the contracted time to attend to dried paint splotches on our carpet. At first I was very sceptical that paint stains could be removed effectively. Philip explained that he employed a re-tufting technique . After fixing the first offending stain I was completely sold . He re-tufted the carpet using some of the tufts from an offcut that we had , however he could have used a few tufts from an invisible area under the skirting board as well if you don't have an offcut available.
An hour later I would defy anyone even using a magnifying glass to point out where the original paint stains were my carpet is back to is pristine condition. There is no point in posting an after repair photo because there the repair is invisible.
I cannot compliment him highly enough, he is very tidy and did a perfect repair . I would have no hesitation in recomending him for any carpet issues that you may have.

Philip was recommended to me for a carpet clean by a friend. He was extremely professional and turned up on time. Unbelievable results on the carpet as I thought I was going to have to replace it at great cost. I needed my carpets cleaned in my 4th floor flat (no lift). Philip at the office was professional and responsive. Particularly in finding a pragmatic solution to getting their heavy equipment up 4 flights of stairs. Christian and Anastas came to clean the carpets. They were on time, polite and professional and did a thorough job. Great service.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from ServiceMaster Clean - Kingston upon Thames. I recently managed to spill a sticky brown milkshake over a large part of my newly bought woollen rug. The stain was so bad that I didn't think it would be possible to fix it - I had tried everything! But Philip worked some magic on it and it is looking fantastic (see photos - it is difficult to capture on my camera how bad the original stain was). I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Philip - I will be using their service again for carpet and upholstery cleaning in future. Also, I should mention that Philip wore a mask when coming to collect and deliver the rug from my flat so I felt the service was very safe from a covid perspective. Thanks Philip and his team!

I called in ServiceMaster Clean when a broken pipe flooded 2 rooms in my flat, completely saturating 2 area rugs - the largest of which has HUGE sentimental value - a chair and 2 futher rugs onto which I'd dragged everything from the flooded rooms. I rang ServiceMaster Clean and Phil was here within 30 minutes, even though they'd already closed for the day. I have been so impressed with their entire handling of my situation. I am eternally grateful that they managed to save all my rugs and they all look just gorgeous, despite a slight colour bleed on one of the Kilim rugs. Even my inexpensive little chair looks better than new. I got everything back in just one week and all at a significantly lower cost than I expected, even with the emergency call-out. Outstanding quality and service. I highly recommend this company.

The recent carpet cleaning at my house by Anastas of ServiceMaster Clean was a huge success. Anastas arrived on time, explained very clearly what he was going to, and went about his work without any fuss or inconvenience to us. We were delighted with the outcome and will book again with him next year. It was excellent service.

Philip has done an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning large slate tiles and grout in my kitchen. They were looking a bit grubby, but they now look bright, clean and as good as new. Great work Philip, thank you so much
