I called Carpet Bright UK into clean my house carpets after I’d been disappointed by another company. The customer service and end result were completely different to the first company and I’m very happy. Extremely professional company and you can see the fantastic results on one of my carpets below. Highly recommend them and I will use again.

Poor customer service, bad behaviour. Make hidden charges.
my carpet is in same condition as before, no stain removed, worse mattress cleaning. After cleaning my car started smelling bad.

Second time using the service and always happy with the results. Had a large red wine stain on my white carpet (week old) and Rob was able to skillfully remove it. Thanks Rob and Carpet Bright!

I called Carpet Bright on the monday and by thursday they had someone out to clean my carpets and sofa. From the initial phone call to the end of the clean the customer service experience was really second to none. The technician arrived on time, he was very polite and done a great job. He even provided tips on how to keep the carpets and my sofa clean until their next visit. I will definitely recommend Carpet Bright to my friends and family. Thank you to the technician that came (I can’t remember his name) but he was great. An asset to the company!

Terrible custom service following an inadequate cleaning.

The cleaning was very expensive (£130) given the size of my rug. The technician was very nice, but ultimately the rug was not cleaned to any decent standard, leaving stains and dirt behind (see photos). I reached out to customer service, who ignored me for over 2 weeks despite numerous calls and emails. When I finally heard back, they told me they would not give me any money back due to a technicality in the terms and conditions.

Horrible experience! The carpet cleaner's machine has left a huge visible stain on the carpet in the corridor in our new, freshly bought apartment. They did acknowledge the stain and came back to clean it - but they only made it worse! Seeing that, they have eventually decided to claim that the stain wasn't caused by their machine and refused to pay for further cleaning - and even refused to refund the original service! They are now ignoring my emails. I'm left £132 lighter and with a destroyed carpet which cannot be changed (communal corridor). Deeply regret hiring the company - avoid!!

Polite technician. Unfortunately he didn't fully explain what he was about to do or ask permission to go into my kitchen & use my water. Plus after he'd finished I was advised to open a window when it was very cold weather. The carpets weren't dried & left so wet that condensation was runninng down the windows & part of a ceiling by morning, and 3 mats ( which had no marks or stains) had been so saturated they were still wet 20 hours later. I emailed a complaint but bever received a reply. Won't be using the company again.
