Fibre-Clean is a very professional and trust worthy company. I contacted Paul in regards to a valuable Persian rug to be cleaned. Paul was very thoughtful with his approach to what was required to get the rug back to near pristine condition using his 40+ years of experience.

Paul’s attention to detail and customer service was the deciding factor when choosing the right company for the job, as all the other companies I contacted didn’t take the time to ask for pictures and a full description of the rug or show any professionalism, Paul was the only person who actually cared about the rug and was committed to doing the right job.

When returning the rug Paul informed me that the rug was a valuable item and presented a full history and makers information. This shows how passionate and professional Paul is to his customers and his work. The level of service and professionalism showed by Fibre-Clean warranted further work to be carried out, which again was done to a very high standard.

Paul did a very good job with cleaning of my carpet and sofa. He followed up with me after the job was done and also came back to clean the stubborn marks which did not go in first clean. It took 3-4 days for my carpet to completely dry as we did it in cold weather

Really disappointed in the service provided by Fibre Clean. I’ve used several carpet and upholstery cleaning company’s in the past on my rental property and as a comparison, I do not feel like the job was adequately done to my expectation. Furthermore, there was a mustard after-smell coming from my three-piece material sofa. I tried to call and text to come back but did not hear from them until I had to message again 24 hours later. This meant I had to clean my sofa again myself, ahead of my flat being rented. I also asked for a refund twice, however was ignored - I do not believe this is good customer service, and I won’t be using the company again.

Fibre-clean did an amazing job giving my rug a deep clean (which was much needed). I arranged a collection, clean and then was delivered back to my door within a couple of days. The rug looks brand new!
Paul was great throughout and very professional. I would definitely use fibre clean again in the future and would recommend their service 100%. Thank you!!
