I was recommended to Magic Hand after my dog was very ill on my beautiful rug, and I am amazed at the fantastic job Anas and his team have done. I thought my rug was ruined but somehow they have made it look like new. Their service from start to finish was superb - they responded promptly to my initial enquiry, collected my rug a few days later, kept me updated on the progress of the cleaning (including sending photos and videos of the cleaning process) and returned my rug a week later. I cannot recommend Magic Hand highly enough - such a great company to deal with!

What an amazing service by Anas & his team! They cleaned and resized a large Rug Company rug for me to fit my new home. I was so nervous as it was an expensive item but I couldn't be happier! Their attention to detail is superb. Anas kept me up to date with the progress of the job by sending regular photos and delivered exactly when promised. Anas cleaned and repaired our rug beautifully. It's a very quick service and he took great care to refit the rug in place. Our rug looks like new and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Over the years we have had 2 Rug Company carpets cleaned by Magic Hands. One was rather benign : after 10 years of use it was stained with some coffee or tea drops….it was returned like new. The second one suffered when a child threw up on it. Thought the carpet would be for the bin; it was returned after 10 days “as new”. Amazing service all the way….thank you

The service was excellent from start to finish. Rugs were picked up on time and returned looking perfectly cleaned and much better than we expected. Both rugs had a number of deep stains which were removed completely and when returned they took great care in placing the rugs back into the correct position. Highly highly recommended.

Magic Hand, recommended to us by The Rug Company, didn’t disappoint. They were professional, good value, attentive and efficient. They collected and delivered our rug when the said they would and the quality of the cleaning was outstanding especially as they had to remove cherry juice soaked into it. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Magic Hand - they did a beautiful job with the cleaning and were very reliable in cleaning my rugs and returning them on time. This was important as I was moving house and they needed to be put in storage. Anas was also very impressive in keeping me in touch with progress on the rugs. I have used the company several times before and have always been delighted with their service. The rugs always look like new when returned! I can’t recommend them highly enough!
