Omg Ricky is a lovely and professional man. He was so courteous and considerate particularly with our puppy. The service was amazing everything looks like new! Can’t recommend him highly enough.

We were required to get quotes from companies for carpet cleaning after bathroom fitters has marked the carpet outside the bathroom whilst installing a new bathroom.
It was easy to contact Hope, who were the only company which actually visited the property, this was the next working day.
Ricky was on time, respectful of the home and gave impartial advice what to do. He followed this up with a professional email that I was able to forward onto the other company. Ricky was easy to deal with and was good to his word.

Amazing service from Ricky, no mess, no fuss, and carpets look and smell like new, quick and best price around (as I got a few quotes). Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Excellent service. Ricky worked incredibly hard while he was here and we are delighted with the end result - three very clean and fresh looking large sofas.

Ricky arrived on time, worked very hard and did a great job - cleaned some stains I never thought would come out! I am very happy with the result and will use him again.

Amazing service. Daughters bedroom carpet was covered in make-up, blue tack, slime and other stuff, once Ricky had finished it looked new.
