I recently had a visit from Tariq & Anne who came to do a deep clean on my house. What a wonderful experience they were both very professional, friendly & made me feel very comfortable. The clean its self was amazing, the communication between myself and the company was great. I would 100÷ recommend Cullens cleaning and will most definitely be having them back. Do not use this company! I paid this company nearly £800 for an end of tenancy clean and carpet clean. They are the worst cleaners I’ve ever come across, the house wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and the carpets not touched. Loads of areas missed, no attention to detail. I have now been charged for estate agents to get other cleaners in because of how poor their work was. Complete rip off

I engaged Cullens for the end of tenancy cleaning of a 3-bedroom flat in Jan 2022. The cleaning was done perfectly, my landlord was satisfied with it. I had a smooth property handover and got back my full deposit.

I used Cullens for a move in / move out clean, and they were professional, friendly, and cleaned to a very high standard.

They kept the lines of communication open all day. Our bathroom light cover smashed while they were cleaning it, and I was called right away. They had looked up the prices of those covers and offered me a refund of that amount - it was just such good customer service. They had also cleaned the fridge for no additional cost!

I would 100% use Cullens again. I know it's not cheap to have a deep clean, however, with them, it is totally worth every single penny. I couldn't be there do to the check at the end, but they sent loads of photos, and when I went the next day, it was honestly so clean it was like we'd never lived there!

Had Cullens for an end on tenancy clean for a student property in Guildford, all surfaces and carpets in great shape afterwards and the landlord was happy with the state of the house. Just make sure you check EVERYTHING you need them to clean on their website as they might not be able to add more things on the day. Would recommend!
