Thanks very much ServiceMaster Clean for cleaning my carpets, they look brand new!

I would 100% recommend them to clean your carpets and/or upholstery!

We had Andrew come round and clean all our sofa, carpets , dining room sofa and hallway stairs.

I have to say the difference is incredible and the price was unbelievably competitive.

I used them to clean the carpet where my dog had had an accident a few months previously. I was really disappointed with the result and expressed that in a review. Within a very short space of time they got in contact to see what they could do to address my concerns; we agreed on a full refund which has been received.

Very efficient customer care service from the point of contact on the Free Telephone call. The Agent called Selma took me though the system required. Very pleasant, knowledgeable lady. We agreed on the price and the date &time for my home appointment was given.
Within 24hrs I had confirmed details of the Cleaning agent who would attend to carry out my work needed. This was in the form of his name, Kyle, photo, van registration number and his ID card..
The appointment was reconfirmed by email 24hrs prior to the appointment and by telephone call on the morning confirming the arrangement. Excellent Service throughout.
Kyle arrived on time. Very friendly, respectful, caring and courteous during his time within the house. Very knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and hard working.
The extent of his work was so noticeable. He was an amazing guy, his concerted effort brought my lounge/ Dining room very virtually back to a new state. I can't thank him enough.

I used the on line chat service to book this clean and was impressed with the service. I was even more impressed by the standard and professionalism from Aiden. He called me when he arrived and called me during the clean to give me an update. He then contacted me at the end and discussed with me what had been achieved he was very helpful, friendly , informative, professional and gave me a positive conclusion to the job that was completed. He is a fantastic asset to the company and its the first timer ever I have had carpets cleaned firstly to this level of cleaniness but more importantly getting this fantastic service . Thanks Aiden. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Servicemaster. We called to have two sofas cleaned and 48hours later Andy was at our door. Great service by him and brilliant result. Highly recommend.
