There are many things that are tricky when managing an end-of-tenancy clean, especially as it wasn't possible to meet Mark at the property. However, his can-do competence meant I had nothing to worry about. The finish was amazing, altho that wasn't really the main thing. For me, I was very impressed by the way he listened to my concerns, made sure they were all answered, and was really considerate of what was needed. Thank you.
