Brilliant guys did the perfect job! Have been using the same carpet cleaner for years until I recently moved out of the area they do business so to find this business who cleaned up carpet stains from previous tenants and made an old sofa look newish again was amazing they even did my hallway free of charge will definitely be using again for my 6 month to yearly carpet refresh! Thanks again!

Very happy with the service we received from Lee, he was able to fit us in quickly due to a cancellation and did a very good job. We were thinking of replacing the carpet but after an hour of his efforts it came up like new and a replacement will not be needed.We are very satisfied customers.

Lee did a great job with cleaning my previous two bed rented property. He gave me the best price and also it took exactly the same time to clean as he promised it will take. I had an accident at a customers house which ended up having coffee spilt down their stairs.

I explained to the customers that I would get it cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner and also do the landing as well as the stairs.

I telephoned The Carpet Doctors North West and spoke to Lee who answered the phone almost straight away.

I gave him the customers details so he could arrange an appointment directly.

The customers were extremely happy with the results saying that “the carpets seem brighter than when they first moved in “ !!

Use these guys! Really friendly, helpful, great price and arrived early before checking first! But best of all - a great job. Carpets now look as good as new and smell fresh and clean. Even a few 'historic' stains removed. Great people to deal with - look no further!
