I have been using John for some time now and have always been delighted with his work; don't know why I haven't written a review before!! He is friendly, professional and extremely competitive price wise. My carpets always look exceptional. I have had previous companies that have charged twice the price although the job was no better. I am a very discerning lady and have come to expect the very best service from this company. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Excellent!!

Having been let down at the last minute by another company. Apparently they couldn't or more likely couldn't be bothered to bring their machinery into my flat I contacted North West Cleaning after having been recommended by another customer and they were brilliant. They fitted me in as soon as they could, they came today and the carpets look like new. So, in the end it worked out better and cheaper so I'd recommend them over E*********n any day of the week!!

Had my carpet cleaned a couple weeks ago, the lads were great very friendly and did an amazing job, will definitely be using again, thanks Dan and Rachel

I used NWCS to deep clean a flat before putting it on the market; they also cleaned the carpets & paintwork. On selling the flat, I used them to clear the furniture. At all times they were thorough in what they did & reliable in turning up as arranged. I can recommend their services.

We had the lovely team at Northwest come and clean our incredibly well loved velvet sofa this week. They worked quicky and without disrupting the house or children. They were professional, on time and so friendly. The sofa looks brand new, which I never thought possible and we can't wait to find more jobs in the house so we can have them back!

I used Northwest cleaning services to clean my carpets. They did an excellent job. Excellent communication and punctual. Friendly professional service and my carpets look like new. Would recommend and I will definitely use them again.
