Carpets and upholstery cleaned to a very high standard-beyond my expectations.The cleaner,Scott really enjoys cleaning carpets and he is very knowledgeable about how to treat different fabrics.He was punctual,polite and really professional.Also the booking service was enthusiastic and efficient.I felt confident thoroughout the whole process and regard this as very good value.Highly recommended!

Requested a quote from them got a reply very quickly. Pricing and rates seemed good. I was informed that they had someone in the area who could handle my request on Monday. On Sunday I got a text from Terry confirming his arrival time with me for Monday.

He showed up on time and was an extremely pleasant person to interact with. He took care of the whole living room carpet at once including moving heavier furniture out of the way to make sure he got everything clean and clean it most certainly is!

It's like a whole new carpet. Even managed to get the dog smell out of the carpet.

Had a great service from pro carpet cleaning . Louie came a little earlier than scheduled which was great . Done a fabulous job on our carpets and rug in a very professional way . We will definitely be using again And will recommend to family and friends 👍🏼

Terry was brilliant. So lovely and efficient. Cleaned our large rug and bedroom carpet for £70! Both came up looking clean and smelling fresh 😊

Booked in to get two rooms, hallway and stairs cleaned. The cleaner failed to clean underneath the beds which were simple to move so I had to ring up the company to ask why he hadn’t cleaned the rooms fully and if he could return to finish the job. I was called back and told the cleaner had a ‘blank moment’ and could only return the following day now as he was out of the area. This was then followed by a second phone call to see if he could return the same day instead as the job was expected to be done properly in one go. The man who answered the second phone call was very unprofessional and rude saying ‘well underneath the bed doesn’t get walked on anyway’ trying to make excuses and now changing their story making out as if it wasn’t an expectation for the company to clean the carpet fully. I was also told ‘what do you want me to do, he’ll have a long day if he has to come back today’. The cleaner returned to do under the beds and redo the stairs the next day as they also weren’t done properly. Overall the carpet looks okay but not much different to before and they definitely weren't cleaned properly on the first day.

I can't believe what a good job they did. Carpet looks like new, and our yellow armchair is unrecognisable...so clean!

Polite, friendly and on time, I couldn't recommend Pro Carpet Cleaning more.
