I had a very good experience with Majestic Carpets. I recently used them for the first time and I needed them to clean three silk oriental rugs. The pricing for their work was absolutely excellent and fair for the great quality that they provided. The staff was very professional and easy to work with. Everything turned out great for me, so I would absolutely recommend them to future customers. They did a fantastic job!

What impressed us was the courteousness and professionalism of everybody at Majestic Carpets. They repaired the edges and cleaned our wool rug that now it looks almost brand new.

Majestic Carpets have repaired four of my rugs; two had serious holes made by my dog, another had extensive moth holes, and the fourth had torn fringe. Majestic carpets did an exceptional work and the repairs were impossible to detect -Their customer service is outstanding and the quality of their work is unbeatable! all the rugs look to be in their original pristine state, and the repaired fringe brings that rug back to its original beauty. Majestic Carpets did a wonderful job taking care of my area rugs. I found them through an internet search and contacted them about both cleaning and repairs. They promptly gave me a price quote, after which I decided to just go ahead with both cleaning and repair fringes. They picked the rugs up, did the cleaning and the repairs and dropped them back off in a very timely manner. The outcome was excellent and I would definitely use their company again.

I had a large wool rug cleaned by Majestic Carpets. The rug was picked up as arranged and taken away for cleaning. It took over three weeks for its return, but it was well worth the wait. The 18 year old rug looks and feels like new. The pile and colour has returned and the fringes are no longer tangled and grubby! I am delighted with it.
Arrangements for pick up and drop off were made by email, communication was excellent for this (better than leaving a message on the phone which triggered an automatic acknowledgement but no further update).

Absolutely delighted with the finished result from Majestic Carpets who cleaned our part silk nepalis rug. The rug was 14 years old and cream and had had to withstand the traffic of teenagers and dogs and cats and now grandchildren. It looks brand new !
