Craig has done an excellent job of cleaning our lounge and hall carpets. Professional and friendly approach. The hall gets a lot of through traffic and the lounge had a darker patch where we had a red wine spillage some time ago. He worked very hard on the soiled areas with excellent results. Very pleased. Good price too. Will recommend.

I got in touch with Craig's Cleaning Services using Google Search and saw his excellent reviews; I have to say this is another 5* from me. He is punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. The living room and hall carpets were cleaned exactly as promised with all stains (you don't want to know) eliminated completely, some of which were approximately six years old. Both carpets were dry almost immediately and smelt clean rather than over-perfumed which I have experienced in the past. He really does 'know his stuff'. His prices are very reasonable considering the equipment he uses which is second to none. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will book him regularly to keep my carpets in perfect condition. Craig arrived on time and was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and his work was excellent. He cleaned our lounge, stairs and bedrooms - all of the carpets look like new and were virtually dry when he left - they were completely dry after a couple of hours. We are really pleased and recommend Craig. We will be having our carpets cleaned by Craig every year now as his service is excellent and costs very competitive.

Due to the nature of the enquiry I put to him he was not able to physically do any work for us however he took the time to explain what we needed to do to ensure safety and best practice.
