Gary came to clean a very old and trodden-in entranceway carpet, especially on the terrain of a staircase, the result has been outstanding. Beautiful colours restored to the patterned carpet compared to the murky grey it was previously. Brilliant considering I don't believe the carpet has been professionally cleaned ever in its existence! Had brilliant conversation to bring to the table also, which was a pleasure to break up the day. Utmost professionalism throughout the clean from Gary, I'll certainly have him out to do more in future!

Gary came at very short notice to help us clear up after a downstairs flood. He was very supportive and came back to clean the Carpets affected. He has since cleaned two other carpets to a very high standard. A consummate professional who knows his job thoroughly and does not give false promises. He is highly recommended.

Had Gary out to do our living room carpet which was in quite a bad way and he has done an amazing job, really pleased with the results. This is the 3rd time we’ve had it cleaned by Gary and each time the service has always been great. Would highly recommend.

After accidents occurring on cream carpet with both outdoor black paint (his first visit) and an extremely smelly ammonia doggy incident (2nd visit) I can safely say Gary is amazing. Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable but very honest with our expectations as well.

There is a fine line between what can be done with cleaning and having to replace a carpet…… he explained this and if I’m honest I really didn’t think he’d be able to save my carpets…..Despite what he said I’m so so pleased with the result!!! I have a huge amount of trust in his expertise and skill and he was cheaper than other carpet cleaning firms I’ve used in my last property. Would definitely recommend Gary!!
