I rang Jay based on his already glowing Google reviews he gave me a great quote then came out promptly as we'd agreed he was mega friendly and did an amazing job on our cream carpet leaving it looking almost new. After a slight technical issue on the the initial visit where he steamed the carpet instead he told me not to pay and he'd sort out the issue with his cleaner and would be back at my convenience which he was the next day. Thanks for a great professional trustworthy service will be using you again in the future.

Good customer service, followed by a very thorough job. The carpets in our rented property were very trodden and dirty on walk ways, the guys brought them back to looking new, the rooms smelt fresh and the carpets looked perfect. Very well priced for the effort the guys had to put in. Will definitely recommend this company.

Jay and his dad came to clean our carpets and they were were nothing but smiles and professionalism during the entire job. They also turned up bang on time despite suffering a puncture earlier that morning.

Can't fault the service at all. Jay was efficient, effective and adapted to our needs on the day of cleaning.

After a quick chat (turns out we grew up near each other in Bucks & Herts) I left Jay to it and on returning the next day the carpets looked good and fresh.
