Excellent service! Rob was very flexible with times and dates. He arrived right on time and provided a realistic timeframe for the work. He cleaned two very well used rugs and an armchair for me and they all look good as new. Will definitely have him back to clean the carpets another time.

I’m not one to review much, but when I have exceptional service, I believe it's right to do so. Rob’s professionalism is truly outstanding. We booked him to clean the carpets on a hall landing / set of stairs and then a bedroom above an annex, that had a particularly damaged carpet. On viewing the carpets, it became very apparent of his extensive knowledge and was very honest of what we would expect from the clean, especially the carpet in the annex. His consideration to my wife’s pregnancy was much appreciated too, where he informed us of the whole cleaning process. I can very much recommend Rob and Surroundings Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and will definitely book him again in the future.

Rob knew I was expecting and wanted to clean my carpets before the rather imminent arrival. He booked me in right away and did a fantastic job. He freshened them up and gave great advice on how to maintain them. The carpets dried very quickly considering its winter. And they smelt very fresh.
