A & G ChemDry

We have used the team at A & G Chemdry at Cotgrave on numerous occasions now. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Everyone is so friendly and Stuart and Brian (the technicians) are absolutely lovely - very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for them. The finished results are always amazing, the service they offer is second to none and at a very reasonable price. Always great to deal with a local family business.

Have used A & G ChemDry about three times now and they are absolutely amazing. We have two dogs so the carpets were covered in all sorts as you can imagine - cream carpets with stains and also fake tan and makeup which is pretty much impossible to get off. I was considering replacing the carpets but had these guys out and they looked like new, so now I use them all the time! They left me with a little care kit to help me keep on top of it. I'm going to try to do this each year now, it made the house look so much cleaner and nicer. So friendly too, we have Barry and he is so patient and understanding about what we want doing, if he can't get it out then i'm sure no one can!!!! So much cheaper than replacing a carpet and it looks just like when I first had them fitted. I tell all my friends about them, even if you think the stain is really bad it's worth having these guys out as i'm sure they will help, it's a family run company so they are super friendly. I spilt something on my brand new carpet this week and they had someone out the next day - so reliable and I really can't recommend them enough

An excellent service provided by a friendly local company.

We asked AG Chemdry to clean a carpet, bench seating and some furniture upholstery in our bar, which sees heavy traffic and the obvious soiling from beer spills. They all came up good as new. We were absolutely amazed by the final results. The work was carried out quickly, cleanly and at a fair price.

We will be using their services again.

We were in urgent need of help following a nasty 'accident' from our very poorly dog. Our carpet was badly stained and we tried everything to get it clean but sadly only managed to make it worse. A call to very helpful Diane in the office resulted in a Chem-Dry van pulling up on our drive just a couple of hours later. It was explained to us that we had probably set the stain rather than made it better but Barry said he'd do what he could..... A couple of hours later we were left with a lovely clean carpet and everything back in place in time for the arrival of our visitors. Thank you to Chem-Dry - great job by a very professional, friendly team!

Absolutely delighted with the suite cleaning service from AG ChemDry. The work was carried out both professionally and thoroughly by Barry the ChemDry technician and we couldn't be more pleased. The suite is back to showroom condition and looks like new. The whole process of enquiry, booking the appointment and the outcome was second to none - well done ChemDry and thank you Barry.

This is the first time we have used this company. We found Barry the technician very helpful and friendly. He was very professional with his work ethic and very courteous. Our carpets and three piece suite has come up a treat. Excellent service and very professional company. We have no hesitation in recommending this company 100% to all. Had my carpets cleaned, but had to call them back, they were worse than before, full of patches. They came back, admitted they were a mess and recleaned them. They advertise that the carpet would be dry within two hours. After four days my carpets are still wet and patchy. Phoned the owner who is not interested and refused to come and have a look. They have been paid so now don't want to know.these are top quality carpets that are only four years old with only two people in the property, so no wear is visible. DO NOT use A&G Chemdry they don't even deserve one star, and certainly are not interested once they have been paid.
